Why no activity on EB3 cases ?

mee too looking forward for my approval, it is too painful !!

but even I dont find any recent approvals on eb3 cases not sure.. why

hope they will start approving eb3 this month or in mid jan 08 after all the holidays plan.


It will be nice everyone post there views what they think after seeing the thread.
 
My Details - fyi and I expect all applications transfered from Texas to be cleared soon.

I was wondering why there has been no approvals on EB3 case.

My bad luck is that, Name check pending for more than 3 years.
 
May be there are no cases that are ready for approval? meaning cases which are cleared name check and all.

They just told me my NC is cleared(pending since 6/2004). Everything else on my case is current. So, let's see what happens.

Had you taken any steps to expedite the name check process.

I also called TSC yesterday and heard the same that my namecheck is cleared

Today I called customer service center and she raised an enquiry.

I 140 AD May 2006
I 485 applied in May 2006, RFE in Sept 06, responded in Oct 06, Message said that we will give you decision in 60 days.
I asked few times earlier(last in Sept), I have been told name check is pending.
Now yesterday 12/04/07, I came to know that my namecheck is cleared.
LUD 10/23/06, 11/30/07,12/02/07,12/03/07.

Did they tell you when your NC was cleared. She couldn't for me?

I raised a service request, I was not raising, but she talked to me for half-an-hour and said that this is good to raise an inquiry, etc.

When I called yesterday TSC, the lady didn't say me that when did they receive my background check. She just mentioned, yes, we can see. Because I asked her what about my background check.

When I was calling in last few months, the reply was always, we can't do anything it is all dependent on FBI (and delayed due to them).

Though TSC lady said that my fingerprints are expired, so they will schedule my finger prints but in January.
