Why name check is pending for long time

Hi friends,

Why name check takes long time for some people unlike others get soon.

Anyone has an idea about this ?

Heard many things in the forum. FBI not able to handle the volume of cases.
For FBI, looks like, this is not at all a priority. Have problem with the database uploading. Could be anything.

The worrisome part is what if they have misplaced or lost a batch of name list. Who is going to follow up with FBI about the long pending cases? USCIS does not care if FBI delays the process.

We are really stuck between two giant organizations.

We can only hope for some luck which will bring us out of the name check.

Dead Lock between two agency. Two I called asked is there anyway to followup our name check which pending 11/2 year . She no just waiting and send email to FBI she has given me the email id and I send email several time no reply .. USCIS and FBI do not talk just they submit that's it. No followup.
 
They use an algorithm that checks position of saturn with respect to sun. so whenever these two stars align for an individual they pick it up and process it.
 
They like some people so much that they don't allow some of them to leave there company, doesn't matter if you like there company or not :)
