Why more approvals for married?

I just read some discussions about a theory that single people got less chance for approval for GC. It\'s really good one which added a little laugh into the stressful atmosphere. Here are my guesses:

1) Majority of 465 applicants are married. It took so long to get here that you\'d have enough time to marry several times;
2) Married people are more willing to share their news - that\'s why they married in the first place;
3) INS officers have more sympathy to a family case. It remind their own ancesters who came to this country to make life for their children.
4) A single guy would rush to the nearest pub to get himself drunk after he received the approval - then you would never see him again in this site, well, except few.

5) ... any more reasons? Please add ...

But I still don\'t understand why my case is still hanging here, with ND 12/13/99. I\'m going to call the VSC tomorrow to complain!
