Why it has different status result?

My AP was approved one month ago and I got the mail. But when I checked it on line, it said: your I-131 received....... I also checked it by AVM, phone number is 1-800- 375-5283, the result was same. When I called 949 XXXXXXX( I forgot this phone member, it is CSC service number), it told me the right result. Have you ever got experimence look like this. Why?
 
It is possible and several people on this board observed that the "Online" system is some times out of sync with current status and may take some time to sync up with AVM (calling 949-831-8427) or real status for that matter. Note that some times AVM may also out of sync.

My AP was approved in January and the online status has not yet been updated. Could this be true with the 485 applications too? Our scanners rely on that status to be updated.
 
I have seen a correlation between Kashmir's tracker and the "Approvals in May (April, ...)" threads.
Most of the cases that have not yet had an update on the BCIS web site seem to be Advance Parole cases (I-131).
I wouldn't be optimistic too early, see.
The really good thing to do would be to ask forum members to check the BCIS online and 1-949 messages upon approval - if they both say approved, Kashmir's data is valid.
