why is wac 02-107-5**** series not moving

Just wondering why is the wac 02-1075**** not moving.
Any one in this series got atleast please reply

What about WAC 02-114 series I haven't seen one approval in that series as far as I know, basically all Jan Feb cases are screwed up I guess

I am seeing no movement in the wac-02-144-XXX sereis also.

I heard that CSC accidentally shreded some documents, could these series be affected.
 
Do not worry about the shredding incident, it happened at the receiving department and if you ever got any correspondence from CIS, your papers are not shredded.
I don't think 104, 114 or 144 series are any special, the approvals are not coming for Feb 02 filers in general. I am in 103 and nothing yet.
 
My application belongs to this series. On June 1st my case was transferred to the local INS (PORTLAND, OR) and I am waiting to hear from them.

After sending couple of faxes to USCIS and to senators (I got 2 replies from senators also) I see some movement in my case. At least transferred to local office.

Anyone know the wait time for PORTLAND, OR to get the interview letter?

Anyone in Oregon whose case was transferred to PORTLAND, OR?
