Why I got 2nd FP notice after I did BIO 2 month ago?

Dear friend,
Today I got 2nd FP(code 1, Nov 2nd) notice fro NSC. I did my Bio (code2) in Aug 3rd and sent my mecidal and G325A in Sep 20th. My LUD did not change since NSC got my RFI on Sep 22nd, any idea why I got this 2nd FP?

My time line:
RD Dec 01
ND Jan 02
BIO Aug 05
G325A and medical Sep 20th
LUD Sep 22nd
2nd FP notice: Oct 26th
 
Did you take Fingerprint some date back in 2004? If yes,it's expired and need to be retaken.If not,you need to be fingerprinted for your I-485. Fingerprint = code 1. Code 2 is not fingerprint.It's index print,signature and Photo for your GC.
 
Yes,you're very close.My RD is Aug 22,2001.I received my CG on Sep 20,2005.And I know lot of RDs Dec,2001 already approved.
 
It's such a short notice! Only give you less than one week? I did my FP last July, and I am out of town now, won't be back till the mid of Nov. and I'm really worried whether I might miss the FP notice. :eek:
 
Actually, it may arrive on Monday since I was not home. It is a short notice anyway. Since the LUD did not change, it's very scary
