Please look at the other I140 categories, EB1 category had been stuck for more than 8 months and have just started moving. Probably they are working on EB1 for sometime.

it is like lottery...I guess the way they work out there in Southern Cal...
Pick a lucky number and work on it...if it is a bad day, screw all...I am not positive about the ways of handling those cases...just be logical...is this so difficult???
