Why I-140 for Eb3 is still moving backward?

Hi All

Doesn Anybdy have any idea Why I-140 for Eb3 is still moving backward? Previously it was April'03 then it moved back to MArch '03 and now its Feb'03

I just dont' understand what happening. Instead of miving forward how they can go back. I am totally confused

I believe that the way the processing reports are compiled is that CSC looks at the date of oldest case they are working on in the given category. It is likely that when putting together recent reports they found cases that were older than the processing dates previously posted (due to RFE or just plain simple overlook).
