Why have 485 Vermont dates not moved forward !!!!Seems stuck in June for some time now...Any speculations or info to add ?????

I guess they want to approve enmasse and then move further to say dec 03
I guess this is to do with reducing enquiries etc.

PD Retrogression

Any idea if they will strictly enforce the PD retrogression and if so from when.
I hope to benefit from that if they follow the PD order as well.

Personal opinion....
USCIS will not change the order of 485 processsing because petitioners have a PD date very much in the past ...This was the case before the 485 dates were current and still is the case now !!!!

Sorry to see your case hanging in a limbo till now.... Hope you get yours soon....all the best
