WHY EAD_C9 are Slow?what should we have to do if it pass 90 dyas..

Hi Friends,

I have applied EAD under C9 (concurent filing with i-485 and i-140) 90days before...
Do i have contact anybody or i have to wait until they(vermont) send?

Your answer will help me in going futher..

Hey friends, i heard that i can go to loacl BCIS office to get an EAD..
Does anybody have any experices or idea on this , if 90 days passes...

Yes

You can go the local office after the 90th day to get a temporary EAD. Take your notice with you.
