Why does the WAC-03 got RFE before WAC-02?

Hello there,

This is my very first time to post in the board. I enjoyed reading this board so much for the updated information.

However I am reading somebody ND date: 11/2003 which is WAC-03 has gotten the RFE request already. Would somebody please explain how can this happen?

My case is very special and here is my history:


I485: WAC-02141*****
ND: March 21, 2002
1st FP: May 31,2002

Last May, my company relocated me from CA to TX. Lawyer suggested to keep the case in CA and hoped the BSCI will not transfer the case to TX otherwise it will take even longer!!

Anybody can tell me that if I may have any problem? I checked the ONLINE status once/week and no sign yet!!!

I saw some applicant in the WAC-03 series and got RFE already!!!

dude!! relax!! there are so many wac-02-xxx applicants that are still waiting. CSC is totally screwed up and there is no reason or rhyme in how they handle things. don't be surprised if you start seeing wac-04 and maybe even wac-05 cases being approved before you see some activity in yours
 
they just hired some monkeys to retrieve the files from big storage filing cabinets (very very big cabinets, a human cannot reach the upper shelves). Now, monkeys can't read the dates, they are just picking up files randomly (specially from the piles easily accessible to them and the ones which don't stink.... older files stink due to aging...).

Can anyone counter this argument?
