Why can\'t we write to our Senatorsa and congressmen?

Why can\'t we write to our representatives requesting them to Support
the bill S.2668? Also we can add our own feelings about our personal cases.
Another issue that can be added is about VSC lagging behind all other centers.We notice a lot of improvement in CSC due to some pressure from the representatives.
One can use www.isn.org, www.senate.gov and www.house.gov for this purpose.
