Why can I make only one Inforpass appointment?

After I made one Inforpass appointment, the system wouldn't let make another one, even after I restarted the PC. Anybody has any idea about this?
Can all family member make the appointments at same time?

Also try and clear your browser cache . Also try to switch your IP address if u can and try again.

The problem is with the IP address. I believe it has a lockout period of 24 hours or so. If you can get a new IP then it will work, or try from work or from a friend's PC.
 
Use a different EmailID and different IP (go to kinko's). It is really stupid system.
