Why are folks still going to Canda?

Those of you still opting to get your Visa stamped in Canada - just want to know your reasons. The new rules prevent one from re-entering US - even from contiguous coutries- if Visa application is denied. So what ,if any,is the advantage of going to Canada in preference to say an American consulate in India ?

because if you have your paperwork right you can get the visa... what kind of question is this?
