why are approvals only in the morning

I have noticed that most of the approvals only occur during the morning hours and none during afternoon. What do you all think? Perhaps we should only check the website during the morning hours since I don't seem to see any activity during the later part of the day

I dont think that the approval occur only in the morning. Please read PatienceGC's posting, he did check at 4:30 PM yesterday when his case was still pending approval. Later in the day, the system was updated and PatienceGC saw it this morning.
 
wow!!! i don't understand to what extent people try to analyze this BCIS/INS.....Gosh, if this much attention was given to some other noble work in life........you all will get something much beyond and above green card.

Atleast, try thinking this hard about your spouse........and try to understand how your spouse/kid works...........you will still get something beyond green card.

Got it!!! F@#$% this green card.

You took this short time because your thought process goes in some circle you must be knowing more clearly.....my assumptions are too many because I think not just about green card !!!

cuz only morning hours IIO work hard compare to latter part of the day :D:D
 
I got approved on 04/29/03. I checked the status yesterday late at night (between 11:00 pm and 12:00 pm). It was not updated. When I checked today morning, it was there.

No. I am in East Coast...

For one of my friends (I had posted a thread), it was updated next day around noon. He checked in the morning and at around 10:00 AM. He checked again during lunch break, and it was updated.

I don't think much of logic applies here expect for the fact that it is definitely not near-real time.
