Hello friendly community,

I am curious how far in the asylum adjustment process USCIS is. I have viewed people's postings and the latest Notice Date is on 01/2001. Does anyone have a later Notice Date than that?

My ND is April 2002. I got the RFI last week and have mailed out the response (New bio and statement that the medical was sent with I-485).
 
April 2002 and you got RFI wow !!!!!!!!
I guess you are an exception or beneficiary of some system loophole
