Federal Labor Certification times for the California center on the doleta webpage for the RIR category shows applications being processed for Aug 2002 while the one listed on immigration.com shows Nov 2002.

The latest upated AVM suggests that ows.doleta.gov site is correct - it is just that the govt site got updated sooner than the rest of the sites.
