Whom and What number I should call?

Hi friends,
           First time I logged in to this site. I applied for
EAD renewal and my I-485 process is going on. To know the
status of my cases, what number I should call and whom I need to talk.
Please help me..

Do you have INS paper with lantern, look for ph # there?

Actually,
On Saturfay and Sunday you can call and reach automatic phone response system.
Try this first. Then if you think you should talk with immigration officer, then you call business days (allow 20 minutes of redialing).
