Who will get their approval first, Bongo, Henrysh or Bhagwan?

I Would Say Bongo !!!
Probably all of us want it soon -
My job ran in problem today - I have two weeks time on current job. So I join the ranks of many others who are looking at 180 day rule and praying for quick approval. (Are there jobs to utilise 180 day rule!!)
I don\'t mind being third of the three named but will be glad if I can get it in next few days - and like everyone else pray for no RFE.
Only nightmare is that some of us (May/June ND waiters) may not have GC approved for next few months - and they can/will be some of us.
Frustrating times continue - however, this Board helps as its easy to share the frustration here with co-waiters.

I\'m really really sorry to hear about that. Yeah, let\'s put up a prayer for Bhagwan tonight since only gods can help us through this hardship.

Bhgwan, don\'t worry too much about loosing your job.
But do try to find a new one ASAP. I found one and they
were willing to write an employment letter with the job
description part of the I140 copied almost verbatim.
I am inbetween jobs as well. (I have found one that starts
Jan 01). You have 90 days to reply to an RFE. My lawyer
doesn\'t seem to mind about the gap and I\'ve heard other people
who got an RFE supply an employment letter for the NEW job
and get approval.
