Who signs G-28 form

I was wondering who signs the G-28 form for an Eb1-OR application.

Since i am the beneficiary of the EB1 OR and not the petitioner, i am unsure if my lawyer did the right thing. He asked me to sign it while ticking beneficiary box in one of the questions.

I hope this is okay? any thoughts?

if you are filing yourself, there is no need for G-28 form. if you go through the lawyer, he (your representative) has to fill it.

i signed it for my employee when i filed GC for him!

Basically G-28 is Notice of Appearance as Attorney or Representative.

In my case (H1 extension and GC application) we used G-28 in two ways. My first case, my employer had to sign while applying for H1 extension/ GC. Second case is when my husband had to sign for H4 extension papers.
