Who should I contact Senator or Congressman. From Florida or California ?

Does anybody know who I should contact: Senator or Congressman ?

I moved from Florida to California after 180 days in I-485 phase. So, should that be a Congressman/Senator covering the area of Miami, FL where I used to Live when I first applied or Santa Rosa, CA, where I work and live right now ?
 
And another stupid question. How do I find who is the senator/congressman in my area

I live in Bay Area (Larkspur, 94939) which is 10 miles from San Francisco, but will be moving into San Francisco in a month. I work in Santa Rosa (95403), which is 60 miles from San Francisco.
