Mine was transferred from CSC to Phoenix. I went few times at Phoenix USCIS and they had no clue where the file is. One day, got mail that THE FILE was received for processing. No mention who received it. And then again, receieved message that it was transferred to Nebraska. I had gone through experience where my H1-B case file was lost and never found. I had to refile the case. As long as I know someone has my file and it's not lost, I am fine.
