Im almost certain that I would go for AC-21.

My future employer filed for my green card.

1. My I-140 Approved
2. Expecting I-485 interview letter this week from local detroit office (but would like to go for AC21 as sponsporing company is not doing good)

My questions are:

A. Can I file AC-21? or my AC-21 sponsoring company (new company) should file? Or should Attorney file?
B. Most important to me, should I be already working for this new company who files my AC-21? or Can I work for this new company AFTER my green card is approved based on AC21? I am asking this, if the interviewer would ask for paystubs of AC21 employer.
C. How important are paystubs at interview?
D. What if the interviewer ask for my I-140 approval and I dont have it.
E. What are the reasons the interviewer might reject my AC21. Anything I should worry or take care of in advance?

I would greatly appreciate if you help me make decision by your valuable experienced answers.

---- as you are going for Interview take the new employer future permanent job offer letter with same/similar job duties as on approved LC and give that letter to officer and request for AC21, if you wish you can take the new company Attorney help to draft AC21 letter
