Who says INS is working faster?

There are very few, if not none, approvals in last two days. Guys this is a never ending wait. Its like a race.....either bad economy would eat you or you get a GC....test your luck with INS....they will take a lotto and tell whether the guy is lucky or not.

Do not know what they are doing now. Additionally, the attitude of those IIOs is worse than before!

Anyway, we are all screwed.
 
No INS is slow at VSC

I am waiting from long time. My RD7/19/01 and they screwed my FP notice by not sending on time an then they tool 4 months to send FP notice. FP 4/24/02 which is 9 monthsa fter RD???
Now after 1 year of desprate waiting they have send RFE on 7/11/02 which arrived after 20 days.....
I gave reply same day but still waiting on approvals???/
INS is damn slow.
 
just relax, man!

I think INS just don't update the AVM cuz the flooding of the 140/485 applications after 8/1. They are busy for print receipts. just my 2 cents.

Well, In the past few months....
We have noticed that INS has issued EAD, AP Receipt Notices and FP notices within 2-3 Weeks...
U can look at the New MAY-JUN-JUL trackers...

I hope they pick up the speed on approvals...which would help many more people....
