I a beginner to CP and trying to understand it before I go for it.
After reading all info on CP I am a bit confused on,
1. Who has to submit the I824 to NVC the applcant(myself) or the petitioner (my employer)?
2. Do we still have to submit the I824 after my I140 gets approved, even though my I140 was amended to CP?
3. Who receives the DS-3032 and the other packets (DS-230, etc..)? will I receive or will my employer receive?
4. To which address will the interview call letter go? my address or my employers?
I really need to get my application for the last stage into my own hands and the keep my employer away from it, which is one of the reasons for my opting for CP. My employer is trying his best to delay things whenever possible.
