Who receives the RFE ??

My online mesg says I have been issued an RFE, but I have not received the Details yet(5 days passed), wondering, who receives the RFE, applicant or Attorney?

My Attorney received it, to be more accurate, my former attorney received it,GOD BLESS INS, they don't see the G-28.
