Who receives FP and EAD, Lawyer or Employee?

Hi All,

I know its a very simple question and sorry for my ignorance....could anybody tell me who receives FP notice? Is it sent to lawyer or it is sent directly to the person who has to go for FP.
Also what about EAD? Is it mailed to lawyer or employee?

No question is considered simple. We are here to help each other. So don't worry about asking any basic questions.

Regarding your question, both FP and EADs come to the applicant. Sometimes, AP approval notices are sent to the attorney. But now-a-days, even AP approvals are coming directly to the applicant. Courtesy copies might be sent to attorney for FP.

The above is based on my personal experience.

If you fill G-28 for 485, mostly you get communications/documents thru attorney, else you get it directly.
