Who process the plastic Card??

Processing was done thru VSC. But stamping was done in CA. Anybody in a similar situation. Have you received PLASTIC CARD yet ? Which Service Center process the Card? VSC or CSC?

Can any one answer this. I am also in CA with VSC I485. VSC processes with in a month, where as CSC it is 3 to 6 months.
