Welcome said I was approved on 9/7. My online status can't be seen since just before I got approval letter.
asluser , we are in the same boat. Mine I-485 was approved on 09/02 . Nothing so far. I don't understand what the lady queried for you. For me whenever i called, the officer said they have no control over issuing of Gc. Its a differenet deparment in Nebraska that does that. It can't be reached by phone. There are a form for status that you can mail there. But even that won't help much. So, looks like we in a no mans land.

Asylee13, trying to call uscis to get aquaary for you since you are more than 60 days. According to the lady, if you are more than 60 days, you are qualified for a quary for your case.
BTW, the lady just from USCIS 800 line, not from NSC who always said nothing to you.

No. Usually, I wa transferred to NSC. But this time, the lady heared I was more than two months case. Instead of transfering me to NSC, she made a quary by asking me A# and LIN#. My case likes you that I can't see the details of my case. She told I would hear something within 30 days.
Useless query
Today, I got the answer for the query. It is useless. I doesn't solve my problem.
It states I was approved. My approal notice is proof of my status as a legal resident. I can get passport stamped or a temporary GC until I recieved my GC. My application is waiting for card production.

Probably, i am going to get the same reply on my query also. I don't understand which freaking production it is hanging in. My guess is ,it is out of jurisdiction of INS as the production department is different. There is no way to contact them. The reply you got was from INS. BTW , do you know the process to get temp GC. Do you just walk into an office or what?

I haven't tried to get temp GC. I was only told to bring two photos and make an appointment on infopass.

1. When did you guys do the Bio code2 and Code1? Because Code2 has your latest version of pics (passport style not side ways).
2. After the approval, did your status read "Card request has been completed and a new card was mailed to the applicant"?
