Hello,
I would like to start a new thread, who does not have any updates for long time.

priority date is May 2, 2003

December 20 2004 receipt date ( I 485 )

March 7 2007 it is transferred to Texas

FP 1 04/14/2005

FP 2 05/09/2007

I 140 approved on Jan 22, 2005

485 Transferred to TSC: 03/07/07
485 LUD: 03/15/2007
nothing after that........:( :( :confused: :confused:

As per IO /info pass NC cleared
FP 1 and 2 cleared...waiting for VISAI number from June 07

thanks yellorocks, But lately lots of people getting approval after lots of LUD's only. Did you also receieved form IO that waiting for VISA no

2ND FP - May 9, 2007
Stuck in FBI name check since May 18, 2005 ( as per info pass)
Received my 3rd EAD three weeks back.
3rd AP applied. I got a mail from CRIS that they have issued a RFE

The last information i got from Congressman's office before approval was "Case in Exams Area, waiting to be assigned to an officer"

After how many days you got an approval after you heard from congressman?

Two days ago, TSC IO told me my case is waiting to be assigned to an officer. Just want to calculate/predict my approval time.

no LUD's

Hello ,
wht you think about our prospect in October ( persons case with IO but waiting for VISA no , message...wait for October) as the PD is already chenged to U ( unavailable) in September Visa Bullettin.

Are we going to be thy guys.....they are there but not there cases...:( :confused: :(
