who is the one decide if the case gets name check ?

:( got name check yesterday on interview. ....

my interview is very quick after applying. only 67 days after case received.
so interview officer said something like D.C didn't give back ..... yet...... name check....

I am just wondering if this officer is the one who decide that I get name check or someone else in CIS did before this interview already ?

My AP and EAD are also no tracer..... :(
 
Your parents did....on the day you were born...

You parents decided this issues.. whether you get stuck in the name check or not, by virtue of the name given to you....:rolleyes: How is that?

USCIS sends your name to FBI and do their background check, so that they see who you have been having lunch with in the basement of the KFC...:eek:
Once they are satisfied, then your name is cleared.:)

USCIS officer don't decide who gets stuck in the name process...:rolleyes:
 
so it means everyone get name check from FBI before interview ?

the only difference is that someone get stuck in this checking. someone get clear fast by the time of interview ?
