Who is going to receive I-140 RFE Letter

Me, my attorney or the employer? And how long it takes?

I-140 LUD 2/18 RFE
I-485 LUD 10/27/04, 12/14/04, 2/18/05
NO FP yet

Your Attorney will receive the RFE letter and sometime it will take 15 days to reach your attorney.

Flyer010 keep me posted. Your RD is almost identical to mine. I got RFE on my I140 last week and RFE on wife's 485. Still waiting for info from my attorney. Like you say it will be a long wait.

Hi flyer010,

Your attorney will receive it. But you need to chase them to get the details and see that the response is send back ASAP. Most of the time it is delayed by the attroney. In mycase the response was send after lot of follow up and finally my 140 cleared within a week after sending the response.

I will do that. Just can't figure out what else they need. So I am a little bit nervours.
