Guys,

Looks like 8001 is not that interesting for some of them. Any kind of illegal immigration will give them much more money.

As far as Rajiv Khanna. goes, after he said that he will try to help us , he hasnt made a single update on this.
I have seen previous posting about how Rajiv khanna is helping us by supporting this site .Common guys we can get this kind of service anywhere, forgot IsnAmerica.Org???


Matthew Oh (Oh law firm) : have seen updates regarding this bill on his website (www.immigration-law.com) and it seems like he bit cares about all this .

Murthy as we all know is another SHAM . I stopped visiting her website after She published an article on so called "Benefits of Retrogression".

The best way is to do lobbying as IsnAmerica.Org . So far I have seen a great effort from these guys (established a channel with RickScwartz and remember the free Fax). I think only these people cares about us as they are on of "US".It is formed by the people like you and me . It is formed "for the people like us " , "By the people like us"

Cmon guys let us get together... They are asking for support,help,feedback and partcipation. Lets Help ourselves

Sheela Murthy is no good when it comes to ending this retrogression. She is my company's lawyer. When she came for an FYI meeting, she told us that it is in the interest of companies not to get us our Green Cards soon. Her office had filed me under EB-3 even though I had a Masters degree. She was giving all sort of reasons why I must not refile mine under EB-2 PERM, completely toeing my company's line.
 
the last time i tried to participate in yahoo group techworkers now isnamerica.org......it was run by a bunch of "lost it guys", they would not let any discussion which they did not like.....i still have emails from one of those moderaters.....he was not in his senses.

but still i would like to try again....i would like to see how open they are to ideas....instead of making people follow their slogan...

I do not know why u r blaming the whole group..
They are like few hundreds of people communicating..in yth egroup.. It is very much common to get opnion differences with few people atleast..
But u got difference only with one of the people and blaming the whole group..(It is very much common,i guess that everybody can not agree with us, as everybody can have their own opinion/analysis)

May not be good idea to blame the whole group.., anyway it is ur opinion.
As far as i know, IsnAmerica.Org has set up forum to avoid moderation and allow everybody to express their own ideas/analysis..
Anyway it is upto each individual to have their own opinion..

I've had dealings with isn when we had the backlog on 485 approvals...the general sense i always got it was run by extremely emotional and irrational people that were promoting very narrow solutions and didn't encourage other viewpoints - not well thought out plans, seemed very non-professional. More rhetoric than substance.

But what i uderstood is they have communication channels with ISN, Compete America, AILA, Matthew and few big media people like Washington Post and Times..

Initially they were very aggresive wrt media reach, and immediately they backed off wrt Media reach and not putting any efforts to spread in media, as it is suggested by some top notch lawyers.

But i will feel good if they start their lobbying efforts very aggresively..

this is what i experienced with techworkers few months back.....it was run by a few people with no life...

i am not saying they are not doing a good job right now...by providing us the fax interface.....but i am skeptical since i had a bad experience(one more friend of mine had the same experience).....but i hope they have changed now...

I do not know whether it is coincdence or not.. but the moment isnAmerica.Org made the core group discussions secured and had access to only approved and for core group members...

Rajiv would be the best- BY FAR!

I noticed that some of us are not aware of his tireless and selfless efforts for us. Please refer to the following thread where he took on the system at his expense for us- the class action lawsuit which he did for us for almost 1 year!

Ofcourse everybody knows, that getting GC is kind of 8,9 yrs process now.
This is the most horrible problem i ever have heard in immigration area.

It is not like who does good, or who does not..

WE just have to work together for solution..

Ofcourse the above 4 can work together..
How is it..

BUt we have to think problems from lawyer community also.
Because it may be tough for them to work for this solution,
because working for this solution is not happyting for desi consulting companies.
