Who hasn't got the 1st FP?

My RD is 6/12/2003 and I haven't received the 1st fp notice yet. My lawyer has sent two inquiries. Who else has the same siutation as mine?
 
Almost everybody in June 2003 is still waiting for 1st FP.
For some reason they have skipped that month for fingerprinting. Please post if your lawyer gets any response from the inquiries.

I thought CIS made a conscious decision to delay first FP till the case is kind of close to current JIT dates ....
this way they avoid the hassle of an un-necessary 2nd FP before the "real" adjudication.
( not to mention the saved $$$ for USCIS !! )

Close to 70% of applications between July 03 and May 04 already had 1st FP, June 03 only has 3%. Unless they made the conscious decision to approve June 03 last , something is wrong...
 
Did somebody with RD 6/03 call INS?

I have tried to call national service (the toll free number)center 6 times, once every week. I got the same answer every time: due to technical problem we can't retrieve your case at this time. Please call back later. I used another case number and it did give back the information. I think this may have something to do with the issue that I am not getting FP notice. My case was not in the system?! Did someone with the RD in June 2003 and not receiving the FP1 call the INS? Are you able to retrieve your information?

ruiyu25, can you please post the phone # here, I'll try to call also. My RD is 06/27. I have this uneasy feeling that June 03 cases were somehow misplaced.

I am another unfortunate guy with I-1485 Receipt date - 6/30/03. Many of my colleagues with I485 RD of July, 03 have already received their approvals whereas I am yet to receive the 1st FP notice.

I had never called before because I thought that the information would be exactly the same as the one available online... But you are right, when I called, I got the same answer as you did on the phone : "due to technical problem we can't retrieve your case at this time. Please call back later."
Now I'm really worried.... People with June 03 cases post here if you can access your case on the phone or not....
 
receipt # ???

Tried to call NSC and the receipt # is required to get case information. What is receipt #? Is this WAC03199xxxxxx with 'WAC' to be entered as 922?
 
I have not done a fax enquiry till now. I am going to talk my Attorney about that.

Should we talk to a UCIS customer rep? Would they give any new information?
 
I have talked to my lawyer's paralegal. She will update me. I suggest all of us contact our lawyers and let them what's going on with June 2003 filers. We may also call USICS representives. Is it still that toll free number we can call?
 
My lawyer JUST emailed me that they received TODAY fingerprint appointment notification... FINALLY
Maybe that's why the case was unavailable on the phone today , maybe they are pulling the cases for fingerprinting this week...
