Who has to have a medical exam?

I am applying for my AOS attaching to my wife's petition for GC. Do I need to have a medical exam? What all applications do I need to file (I-485, I-765, I-131????) when I join in her process. I am currently in 7th year of my H1B.

are you Us citizen? Your wife will be the one who needs the medical exam. And make sure you go through an INS doctor. There is a list of INS doctors on USCIS website, I believe.

He did mention he was applying for his AOS, and that he was in his 7th year of H1B :)

Yeah I think he's a US citizen. ;)
