who has pending I485 with EB1 and PD before 9/30/05

I wanted to check if anybody here has a pending 1485 and approved EB1 I140 with priority date prior to Septemebr 30, 2005?

Am I the only one waiting? My I140 was approved in mid-August,2006 and I am from India. The current processing dates for I485 is Nov 20 at NSC where my application is filed

There was strong wave for approvals of Eb1 in this may-june .....if you are left out ....don't worry soon it will start again sep oct is busy tiome for rescheduling p[lans at BCIS. Once they get back to work aprovals start coming!!

My case is pending with PD Jan, 2005. My NC was cleared in july, 2006 and so far has not been assigned to an officer for review.

More inquiry menas more delay. It seems NSC (at least) check (security????) on your call-check???????HMmmmmmmmm

My FP was done at the end of Feb 2006. How do I find out if it is stuck in security check or cleared? My EB1OR I140 got approved on August 11, 2006
