I've also received massive email on 22Jul saying that they mailed out letter on 21Jul. My ND is aug 01, wondering anyone for this period who got email ever received letter in mail?
 
Same here. I received email that letter was mailed on 22nd. But haven't received anything so far. May be in a day or two.
 
A friend of mine whose ND was is in January/01 received the same email saying that they have sent him a letter. after two weeks, he called them as he did not got it yet. they resend it back the same day and he got it today. it is RFI (medical and form 693).

Same here. No letter so far. Status says they sent it on the 21st of July.
