Got the notice yesterday. Have 2nd FP done this morning at San Jose office.

Got sedond FP notice BEFORE first one expired.

Hi,

I have posted this before as a separate thread. We got our second FP notice a couple of days back. Had done our (me and wife) FP on sept02, 2002. The results came (according to online status) came on Sept10,2002. Now that gives me until at least Dec 02, 2003 (15 months) for the FP to expire right?

Well the INS generated a second FP for me. Meanwhile they have also sent me an RFE. I'll be going for the second FP next week.

Anyone done early FP in san jose recently??

Nobody else received a 2nd FP notice lately?
The latest WAC number I've seen that has received the 2nd FP notice was in the WAC-02-072s. It looks to me that is no more progress.
 
Got FP notice

Got FP notice a week ago. Appt day is 12 Nov. Went to get it done early yesterday, but then the BCIS support center in San Jose is closed on Mondays :-(

Looks like I'll go there on my appt date

What time does san jose FP center open?

Hi,

could you tell me what time the san jose FP center opens?? My date is on nov 12th too but at 11.30 am.. plan to go early morning and get it done...

I think they open at 8 am- 4 pm. I went and had my fingerprinting done on 6th. It hardly took 10 minutes. I went there during lunch hour.

Got the notice last week. Scheduled for first week of December.

my case:
WAC-02-064-****, receipt 12/2001
 
recd 2nd fp today

fyi.. recd 2nd fp today with appt date in dec. ist fp done may 2002.
don't know if I should get it done sooner in sjc..any advice?
