who gets the RFE letter?

me my lawyer or both. And what is the approximate time to get the letter after the date of RFE issued. My message changed last night for RFE for both me and my wife. I don't know who is going to get the letter and how many days it would take to come?

Usually your lawyer will get it

but in my case, they mailed the letter to my address(according to an IIO) which never reached me so i called them after 1 month and they re-mailed the RFE. When i asked the IIO this time she told it was mailed to my lawyer, but i received it in 3 days.

Answering your question... your lawyer should get it in 3-5 days.
