In my case both got it on the same day.. but my lawyer got the "routing label" ..i did not.

Finally, does anyone know if they will forward the RFE to my new address or return it back to INS

Both get the same copy ... "routing label" is an extra sticker on lawyer copy, that has your file tracking number that they paste on the FedEx so that the processing becomes faster ..or at least thats the idea ;(

Forwarding to your new address should be handled by your post office.. if INS has your old address, your notice will have the old one.
But the letter may get to you because of postal move request.

Our RFE was mailed to us on April 11th and we stilled haven\'t received it despite submitting the address change a year back and talking to the IIO to resend it. What is a routing label? Can I ask the IIO for it so as to track it?
Please help.
