Who gets RFE - me or attorney?

Sorry guys to ask the above question, i knew several people asked same question, i have seen in the past but could not locate exact thread when i really wanted.

OK now the question, will i receive couresy copy on my 485 RFE?

Don't know why everything else comes to you in original or copy, but not the RFE. Only your lawyer gets the original RFE, you don't even get a copy. Please post your RD/ND/FP details.

Not sure if this is only applicable to 485 RFEs. Last year, I received RFEs for my 2nd EAD and AP directly from USCIS - VSC, even though it was filed by my employer (I believe through the attorney - not sure though).

Also, a couple years ago at the time of filing my 485, the attorney's office filed my application with incorrect fees. They rejected the case and sent everything back to me at my home address. When I contacted the attorney's office, they remarked USCIS should have sent it to them not me (though I was like in that case how would I have found out about your screw up?).

Anyway, thought I'd share my experience too.

I dont understand why there was FP3, 3 months after FP2 was done? Was it a typo in FP2 date?

yes i had 3 fps, there is no typo. i don't know reason but in fact i received 2 calls in 3 months.
