Who gets RFE lawyer or applicant

I have seen that in some cases the lawyer receives the RFE
But for someone , the applicant hiself receives it.

What determines who gets the RFE???

from my reading on this site, I think your attorney get the REF

At times you get the RFE. I don\'t know what\'s the basis.

To my understanding all RFEs go to the attorney concerned.

rfe goes to atty.

In my opinion, RFE always go to Attorney, unless, you dont receive it from Atty and in turn call INS to re-send.
