Who gets 485-RFE???

I know this is very old question. I thought of doing search the word RFE. But it would not let me do it because minimum 4 letter word is required for the search. That is why I am posting this question here. Who will get the RFE Notice??. Is it Attorney or Me ? or Attorney will get the original and I will get a courtesy copy just like 485 Approval Notice???.

I think both the Attorney and the applicant gets it.
But I am not sure.

Only your attorney get the RFE

I know that for a fact because my case got an RFE

Lawyer or you

If you designated a lawyer then only your lawyer gets RFE. You do not even get a courtesy copy. If you filed on your own then you get RFE mailed to your address.
