Who else can't access their case status online?

(And what can those of us with this problem do to get it resolved, or at least check for case updates?)

I still can't access my I-485/I-130,and my interview is right around the corner.I called customer service way back about it,and pretty much there is nothing that can be done about it.

You are not the only one in this boat. Same here, I cannot access mine as well. Thus far, I am not concerned about it as I assume the are propably slow in getting the info updated in thier system. As long as my case is progressing normaly without any hiccups, I'm fine with that.

Longview,
I couldn't access my applications online until last week after my FP was completed. When I called USCIS about this I was informed that they are significantly behind on updating the online entries.
Hope this helps.

Could this have more to do with the Dallas and Houston DO's than anything else?
