who did efile EAD when 485 pending?

I am confused about the current immigration status, the online choose block don't have any AOS or Pending selection choice.

I called them, they say if you dont have the choose seclection online, then maybe you are not qualify to file online, you should sending a paper file.

when you guys file EAD online, how you fill out the current immigrantion status?

Yes it does! You should file under Category 274a.12(c) and (c)(9) code (Adjustment Applicant )
You have to include a copy of the receipt notice or other evidence that your
Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence, is pending with your application for EAD.

now i have another question

My 485 notice A# is different with previous EAD A#
when i called them, they say since i am deal with EAD this issue, i should use EAD A# instead of 485 A#

and you suggest i send in a copy of 485 notice, where has different A#, then which number should I fill in I-765?

File paper I-765. Your alien number is the one printed on I-485 receipt. Attach copy of that receipt with your EAD application, plus fees, photos and, if you were issued EAD before – copy of front and back of that expired EAD. That’s how I do it.

from USCIS 1-800, they said use EAD A#
from this board friendly help, you guys said use 485 A#
which one should I listen to? Both have reasonable reason inside.
