SAD GC HAS BEEN APPROVED AT LAST. I am the derivative and my husband is the primary.

No LUD's inbetween.

I tried to do an infopass and it said nothing available for my zip code. Maybe I will just wait and go with my approval letter to the Los Angeles office without appointment.

Can we leave for India without the actual plastic card or do we have to wait for that. Will the stamp do?

SADGC is HAPPYGC now.
No problem, with the GC stamp you can leave to India. It is valid for one year but the officer said we should be receiving card within a month.
Infopass is the best way to go. Try scheduling appointment using zip code 90012 and then select the last option. Normally LA has appointments for next day. Once you get courtesy copy, immediately take an appointment.
