Hi all,
my family is waiting for their oath letter; but we have to move.
What are the options that we have?
the district will be different, so the oath location will be different?
Please advise if you had experiences with it.

Thank you!!

Really, the best option would be to postpone your move. Highly advisable, if possible.

Otherwise, go in for an Infopass and have them change your address and schedule you for an oath at your new location. I don't know how much time this will tack on to your wait.

Just change your address online at USCIS.gov and change your address through USPS. Go to the oath place indicated in the mail. Don't worry about the location, go for it.

In my case, USPS forwarded my oath letter to my new address.

Hi thank you for replying.
may i ask:
so USCIS did not send the oath letter to your new address ( i mean they still mail to your old address but USPS forwarded the mail for you?
also, your new and old address are in the same office district?
by the way, will we receive the online update by telling us like: oath letter is been mailing out?
Thank you; my family is really worry about it.

My old and new home are in the same county.

I received my oath letter mailed from my district office - the place where I got interviewed. They might send mails based on my interview address - not the latest information in system. By then, online status has not changed, still in "oath que".

1 week later my online status changed to "oath scheduled". But I actually already had the letter in hand.
