While the EAD is in Process, can I travel abroad using AP?

Hi all,

This scenario didn't stuck me until yesterday....I was wondering, what would happen if I apply for my EAD renewal (which would expire in a couple of months) and during that time(when the EAD renewal application is at USCIS) I plan to travel to India and planning to return using AP (its valid till jan2009)...would there be any issues??

That should be fine. You can't travel while AP is in process but there is nothing that says you can't travel with an EAD application pending .
