My I-140 was approved and I am going to file for I-485 soon. However, due to an emergence, I need to visit my home country as soon as possible. I am planning to apply for Advanced Parole considering two options right now:
A: File I-131 together with I-485 with VSC.
B: File I-485 to VSC, wait for the receipt and then go to local INS office to apply for Advanced Parole
Option A may take based 2-3 months based on VSC\'s processing speed. For option B, I heard I could get it approved at the same day, is it true? If it is true, option B takes only 1 month. Is my information correct, please advice. Thanks.
