I will be applying for my GC renewal in a few months. I was checking to see as to which USCIS office will decide on my renewal based on the below on the USCIS page.
"The USCIS office where your case is assigned will adjudicate your application."
I will be on work in New York till end of July and will then move permanently to San Francisco. I am eligible for renewal in May2014. If I mention my NY address in the form, will the deciding office be in NY?
Or do I wait till I move to San Francisco and then apply for my renewal.
